There are changes in USA administration management as well as on global issues since Trump has won the election in November 2024. All these issues started in August 2021, when the USA was withdrawing from Afghanistan, and both sides had their own issues, and moving forward to April 2022, the vote of no confidence was the major blow for PTI. It is safe to say that PTI will be feeling somewhat relieved that they are on the center stage and prime focus of Richard Grenell's outlined issues, and he is going to be the Trump admin is special envoy. 

Moreover, it is better if things are sorted out and the political environment  headed towards stability. Moreover, it is better to cool down high political temperature and focus on a serious dialog. Keeping Imran Khan in jail won’t bring any kind of stability, nor will it create any kind of investment environment for foreigners. Talk is always two not one way
 

There is no doubt that the government is feeling the heat to release Imran Khan due to Richard Grenell changing the wind as well as the PTI narrative from “Absolutely not to Absolutely yes, where they don’t even feel any shame because that is what PTI is, or any party in Pakistan is, and there is no difference. 

However, if anyone thinks that talks will be only one-sided, then it does not happen that way, and it does not happen anywhere in the world. Talks do not happen on gunpoint, and it is better for the USA to find a fair deal between both parties and call it a day so that it creates a stable political environment in Pakistan, which is essential for the economy.
