Pakistani consumers claim that Yango drivers are scamming them.

Pakistani consumers are claiming that Yango drivers are cheating them and charging more than the official rate. It is common in Pakistan that companies do not check their employees or service providers, and due to a lack of accountability, no audit or checking staff is the reason why consumers get scammed by companies, even foreign ones.

Yango Drivers Unethical and Scam Practices

Not just one but many users on social media, news, and forums in Pakistan are claiming with screenshots that drivers are charging more than the official rate. For example, our staff members personally booked a car to reach the desired location, and the official rate was 1200 PKR; our staff member was on time to sit in the car; however, he was still charged 1400 PKR.

These practices are common because companies do not take action against culprits, and even consumers at times do not report these scams and practices. That is why they get away with these kinds of scams.

Yango need to scrutinize their drivers.

This is not just a claim, but some people have witnessed this scam and were charged unfairly. This needs to be checked, and we hope that Yango does take action and contact their customers who are victims of this scam.
