PAK Coach Aaqib Javed to be replaced after CT 2025

PCB has been changing coaches and team selectors instantly in recent times. It is a fact that PCB is currently worse than the West Indies cricket board in terms of performance, selection, and management. The Pakistan cricket team became a top-class team and won the 2017 Champions Trophy, and now they have become worse than the USA team. Governments should audit PCB affairs, and culprits need to be held accountable for making the Pakistan cricket team a joke in front of the global audience.

There was a bit of hope that Pakistan would compete with other teams, and if they did not win, at least they would try their best to win the match and hope for the best. However, fans' hopes were washed out when Pakistan did not even bother to score runs or even try to play aggressively against competitive teams like New Zealand and India. The same old issue has persisted since Misbha and Waqar Younis took charge and forced Sarfaraz Ahmed out of the captaincy, made Babar Azam the captain of the Pakistan cricket team, and indirectly tried to control Pakistan's team management and captaincy affairs. That is where the real problem began.

Moreover, the Pakistan cricket board is going to change its coaching staff, including Aaqib Javed, who is the coach of the Pakistan team. However, what difference will it make? The major issue with the Pakistan team is not the coach but the players themselves. We have tried many coaches. However, the results are the same, and Pakistan has been knocked out of the group stages four times in a row due to Mohammad Rizwan, Babar Azam, Naseem Shah, Haris Rauf, and Shaheen Shah Afridi. These players are the main culprits in Pakistan's cricket affairs, and they are selected again and again to play in ICCC major events, and the results are the same as before.

Unless Pakistan does not get rid of these players, the Pakistan cricket team will be continuously showing the same dismal performance, because if Pakistan cricket team selectors keep on selecting a garbage set of players, then the result will be garbage as well. PCB cannot expect garbage to produce gold, and garbage will only produce garbage. Nothing will be even if Pakistan hires the world's best coach unless Pakistan gets rid of these 5 players.
