Hajj 2025 is expected to take place from June 4th to June 9th, and pilgrims in other countries will start traveling to Saudi Arabia by the end of this month. On this topic we are going to share the details of the government Hajj package and private Hajj packages.
First, it was reported that the government of Pakistan had secured 179,000, and later the government claimed that around 90,000 pilgrims would perform Hajj via the government package this year; therefore, the remaining quota will be given to private Hajj schemes or private packages (2025).
Government Hajj Package Details
The government of Pakistan always promotes Hajj, and every year the government introduces a budgeted Hajj package for Pakistani citizens who want to perform Hajj. The government this year had 2 Hajj packages; one is regular, and the other is a short-duration Hajj.
It is reported that it will require an initial deposit of around 0.2 million PKR with the application form. Additionally, if the person is chosen or selected for a government Hajj package, then he would be required to deposit 0.4 million PKR within 10 days. Moreover, the remaining would be deposited later.
There are 2 packages that the government is offering; one is 38–42 days, which will cost around 1.075 million PKR. The short package is more costly, and its price is 1.175 million PKR. Additional fees depend on the requirements and needs of the people who are selected via the government. For example, for a sacrifice, 55,000 PKR would be required.
Moreover, whoever passes away or has a life of loss during Hajj, then the family of the deceased will receive compensation of 2 million PKR, and 1 million PKR will be given to those who are injured during Hajj.
Private Packages
Hajj Private packages and schemes depend on the person. There are many packages that private companies offer, and the duration is shorter than the government packages. However, it is costlier than the government package.
The basic Hajj 2025 package, which will cost around 1.464 million PKR for the only single person. The travel will be only for 10 days, and the cost could increase and go beyond 2 million PKR if the person wants a 14-day to 17-day package. The basic Hajj package features a visa, airline ticket transport, and accommodation.
The Diamond Package for Hajj 2025 will cost 2.026 million PKR for a single person. It is a 10-day stay package, and its cost can increase to 3 million PKR if a person wants to extend the stay or wants to avail more features. The package includes Visa, Airline, Ticket, Transport, and Accommodation.
The Platinum Package for Hajj 2025 will cost 2.290 million PKR. Moreover, it is a 10-day stay package for a single person only, and if the person wants to stay longer, the package price can be increased to above 3.5 million PKR. The package includes an airline ticket, luxury buses, an A/C gypsum tent, transport, and accommodation.
Important Note
It is important for every pilgrim from any country that is going to perform Hajj 2025 to know that Saudi Arabia has made it mandatory for every pilgrim, including local or international pilgrims that are coming to perform Hajj, to be meningitis vaccinated, and especially for Pakistanis, they must have a polio vaccination certificate; otherwise, they will not be allowed to travel to Saudi Arabia. It is advisable to get a certificate from government officials before traveling for the Hajj; otherwise, Saudi Arabia has made it clear that those who do not follow rules and regulations will not be allowed to perform Hajj and will not be allowed to risk other pilgrims' health.
